Triac SCR Thyristor Medium Power Silicon Switch

This is one item of new triac or SCR. There are several types available from a variety of manufacturers. As a general example, a BT134-600 will substitute electrically for a device marked with only BT134. The X suffix types have insulated tabs. The D suffix types are high sensitivity 10mA gate drive versions. A G suffix generally indicates a RoHS compliant part where the manufacturer has felt the need to indicate this, and does not bear on the electrical characteristics.
