Refund policy

UK distance selling law applies. That means you have the right under law to return any item for any reason within 30 days of receiving it. If you have simply changed your mind, please return the item in the original packet at your expense for a refund of the item price. That does not include the original postage rate. Please ensure that the return postage paid is correct for the packet size and weight.

If there is any other problem with your order, please contact me first. Many perceived problems can be completely resolved with some simple explanation. In any event, I will always resolve such issues up to and including a full refund of all your original purchase costs.
