This is one item of single gang mono, logarithmic audio taper, carbon track potentiometer.
These are new items and come with a nut and a washer for mounting on a front panel. The splined shaft is 6mm diameter. The mounting hole required is 7mm diameter. There are five PCB pins at the bottom; The front three are for the pot and the two rear ones are for the closing contacts switch element. They are intended for PCB mounting but it is easy to solder wires onto them. The switch contacts close when the shaft is rotated clockwise from the fully anti-clockwise minimum position.
The "A" prefix before the track resistance value denotes a logarithmic audio track taper. The max power rating of the resistive track is 0.1W. The two switch contacts at the rear close when the shaft is rotated beyond the fully anticlockwise position. The switch rating is 24 V.D.C. 0.5A.
If you have a pot with a track label of A503, this is a A50K where 3 is the number of zeros after 50 in Ohms. A 502 would be 5K, a 472 would be 4K7 etc. Sometimes the "A" label is placed at the end as a suffix, e.g. 50KA.
