Miniature Plastic Cog Gears Rack Bevel Fan Or 2mm Shaft Mechanical Parts

Here is one item of various plastic gears and mechanical parts which are a tight friction fit onto the 2mm steel shafts shown, or standard 2mm miniature electric motor shafts. The higher quantity options are cheaper for each item. The material is black high impact polystyrene. The flat rack pieces have 50 teeth and will interlock to form longer sections. The longer 150mm shaft is copper plated steel. The shorter 75mm shaft is stainless steel. The cogs have a 6mm diameter stand-off or offset piece which the shaft fits into, and this varies in height slightly. The 10 tooth cog has both the offset piece and a section without teeth on.

The bevel gears are designed to mesh only with each other rather than the other straight gears. To avoid confusion they are supplied as a 1 item pair.

The worm and 18mm diameter 35 tooth cog are also designed to mesh only with each other. To avoid confusion they are supplied as a 1 item pair.

A fan piece is also available which will create some small amount of breeze when attached to a miniature motor.

All of the straight gears on this listing are designed to mesh with each other and the rack piece correctly. Here is a summary of the actual measurements in mm taken on one sample of each.

I have named these straight gears 'Type B' to differentiate them from the smaller toothed white cogs available on another listing in my shop. They will not mesh with the white cogs.
